international specialities, served every day by our kind and discreet staff. Not to mention a large
variety of dishes prepared with fresh and local products. For an original dinner with friends we will
prepare a spit-roasted porchetta (sucking pig), fondue, or simply a trout freshly fished in our tarn.
Every dish will combine the exaltation of tastes with lightness and digestibleness. For those with a
sweet tooth, our patisserie and ice-cream parlour offer home-made sweets and ice creams.
